Elyse Winch has spent the past four years working on her Portfolio, building up her knowledge and experience on a wide variety of different projects. Everything from Hospitality Projects to Healthcare and Office Projects, to Historical Preservation and Designing for Invisible Disabilities. All aspects of the education that Elyse has received has been shown here between the Methods and Materials, Codes, Planning, Idea Building, and Drawing.
SENIOR THESIS: REVITALIZATION OF NORTH WATER STREET
Transforming a space on N. Water St. in Kent Ohio into a fun space that is usable by both students and locals alike. The project aims to get people outside and interested in their local parks.

Historical Renovation of Palazzo Spini Feroni in Florence, Italy into a museum dedicated to Surrealist art.
STEELCASE HEALTHCARE PROJECT
Private practice and Healthcare facility focusing on a communal workplace and a comfortable Hospital environment.
OFS HEADQUARTERS OFFICE SPACE
Open office space that accomodates all OFS Headquarters employees in a way that makes the workplace more efficient and gives the space more flexibility for the future.
VENTURE KENT: HISTORICAL RENOVATION TO RETAIL
Creating an outdoor adventure Retail space out of the historic train station in Kent Ohio. The space incorporates the city and the history of the building as well as the desired use and look for the retail area.
WALL PROJECT
Isolated wall project focusing on the build of a wall, and the composition of electrical lines, water lines, and structure within the wall.
CONTAINER PROJECT
Using a knowledge of building materials and an object of importance as inspiration, the container was built with the help of shop assistants and modern shop tools.
